POLÍTICA DE CANCELAMENTO E DEVOLUÇÕES a) Política de Cancelamentos: Não são aceites cancelamentos pelo telefone. Todas as reservas confirmadas e não canceladas até 48h antes da data da visita serão faturadas na sua totalidade, bem como o número de pessoas indicado será considerado definitivo para a respetiva faturação. Caso cheguem às nossas Caves mais visitantes do que os indicados na reserva, o pagamento deverá ser realizado na receção da Cave antes da visita. b) Acertos no número de pessoas e horário – Serão aceites, sem penalidades, acertos até 48 horas antes da chegada dos clientes. Débito a 100% de todos os acertos que não estejam dentro da politica definida. c) No shows – débito 100% do total da reserva d) Não cumprimento do horário: Caso haja lugar a atrasos superiores a 15 minutos o idioma pretendido e a visita não estão garantidas. Nestes casos a visita ficará sujeita à disponibilidade dos centros de visitas. e) Para Cancelamentos enviar email para [email protected] REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY a) Cancellation Policy: All reservations confirmed and not canceled up to 48h prior to the date of the visit will be invoiced in their entirety, furthermore the number of people indicated will be considered definitive for the respective billing. If more visitors than those considered in the reservation arrive in our cellars, payment should be made in our reception before the beginning of the tour. No cancellation via phone is accepted, but always per mail. b) Updates in the number of people and timetable – will be accepted, without penalties, up to 48 hours before the arrival of the clients. 100% debit on all updates that are not within the defined policy. c) No shows – debit of 100% of the total reservation d) Non compliance with the schedule: In case of delay exceeding 15 minutes, the desired language and visit are not guaranteed.
