Casa Jolena is a typical whitewashed townhouse located at the corner of a small plaza in the old pedestrian quarter of Olhao, close to the markets and the seafront. It has been recently renovated following the traditional local style.
There are two bedrooms, one large & one smaller, located on different levels, each with its own basin, shower and WC. The street level entrance leads to the first floor, which has a large living room, with dining and kitchen areas.
The large bedroom is also on the first floor and has a small balcony. The second bedroom is on the next floor, which leads to two levels of terraces, the first with a dining table and the highest with a seating area to enjoy the superb sea views.
Rental conditions
Standard stay is 7 nights, minimum 5 nights (surcharge applies on shorter stays).
The change-over day is flexible.
All linen, towels are provided including beach towels
Suitable for children under adult supervision
Non-smoking house; no pets
Electricity/gas may be charged in colder months
A non-refundable 50% deposit secures the booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival date.

The house is available from 16.00 on the arrival day
On departure it must be vacated by 10.00.
