It was restored to its original beauty with vaulted ceilings, tall windows and typical roof terraces.
The house has a private rooftop pool and sea views.
The ground floor has two bedrooms which have the particularity of communicating with each other and having their own private shower rooms.
The living area with a kitchen and dining area is spacious and luminous, located on the first floor.
The south facing windows bring in the warm winter sun and north windows keep the room cool in summer.
The third bedroom is a little hideaway on the terrace with an independent access through the outside.
The terrace has a pool and comfortable chairs for sunbathing.
The top roof terrace, with its views and atmosphere is... you have to feel it yourself!
Rental conditions
Standard stay is 7 nights, minimum 5 nights (surcharge applies on shorter stays).
The change-over day is Saturday, flexible in low season
All linen, towels are provided including beach towels
Suitable for children under adult supervision
Non-smoking house; no pets
Electricity may be charged in colder months
A non-refundable 50% deposit secures the booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival date.

The house is available from 16.00 on the arrival day
On departure it must be vacated by 10.00.
