  • A security/damage deposit of $525.00 will be required in addition to any rental monies
  • Sales and Resort tax (currently totalling 12%) will be applied to the rental price quoted below
  • The deposit (and rental monies if less than 12 weeks to the arrival date) will be charged to your card at the time of booking
  • The full rental monies (if not paid at the time of booking) will be charged to your card automatically 12 weeks prior to your arrival date
  • The security/damage deposit is refundable on confirmation from the manager that everything is ok with the property and the key/s have been returned to the key safe

  • Idyllic Holiday Properties is a UK based company.  Non UK cardholders booking with us may be subject to a cross border fee applied by their card issuer.  Unfortunately these charges are completely out of our control therefore it is your responsibility to check with your bank/card provider whether this will affect you
  • If you have an assisted/support pet, it is essential you advise us immediately so we can allow additional time for cleaning before the next guests arrival
