To book a test you must be over 18 years old but you do not need any medical prescription or any other document in addition to a valid ID. The payment for the test is done at the time of sample collection.
Test results will be emailed as follows:
  • Rapid Antigen Tests (TRAG): up to 3 hours 
  • RT-PCR Diagnostic Tests (nasopharyngeal exudate, saliva and COVID+Influenza): up to 12 hours
  • Express RT-PCR Diagnostic Test (exclusive to nasopharyngeal exudate and saliva): up to 8 hours
  • Serological tests: up to 4 days
Please note that, for many applications (eg air travel, medical procedures, etc.), the test result may have a maximum validity. You should therefore schedule your test for a date that ensures that it is valid for its intended purpose.
